Forrest: Sneak Peek
Patrick and I had a great session with Forrest, a Huntington High senior, on Friday evening. Forrest is very active in his school and community, so we were lucky to squeeze in his session before he left for Spring Break.

Daniel: Sneak Peek
On Saturday, November 7th I had the pleasure of photographing Daniel, a senior at Huntington High School. I met Daniel and his mom at Marshall for his session, and enjoyed walking around campus with them talking about his plans after graduation. Daniel is a drummer in HHS’s band which brought back memories for me of Drums Across the Tri-state! I regularly attended Drums Across the Tri-state years ago, and found out that it is now held in Charleston, WV. Here is a sneak peek of a few of my favorites from Daniel’s session. Ciara: Senior Session
On October 25th, Ciara came down to Huntington for her senior session. We postponed her session from Saturday due to the weather, and I’m so glad we did! Sunday was beautiful! I had a great time going around Huntington with Ciara and her mom finding interesting photo ops. Here is a sneak peek from her session, which she total rocked!

Arielle: Senior Session
I had the pleasure of photographing Arielle, a senior at Lawrence County High School, on Monday evening around downtown Huntington. Even though it was pretty hot out, we managed to fight the heat and get some great images! I had a great time during the session with Arielle. She was easy-going and fun to talk to, which made the session go by super fast! Arielle, enjoy the rest of your senior year!

Anna: Senior Session
I had a great senior session on Sunday with Anna, a senior at Huntington High. We had the opportunity to have the session at Seven Hills Farm in Ohio, and what a great backdrop for the beautiful senior. Here is a sneak peek of a few images from Anna’s session. Enjoy the rest of your year, Anna!
Jesi: Senior Session
Last Saturday, I had a great time photographing Jesi, a Spring Valley High School senior. Jesi was so easy to work with and up for anything. We had a very laid back session around downtown Huntington before heading to her family’s horse stables for a change of scenery. I’m still working through the pictures, but here’s a sneak peek for Jesi and her family. Jesi, enjoy the rest of your senior year!
Client Referral Cards
We have started offering free print units to seniors that participate in our client referral program. The referral cards feature images from the senior’s session on the front and a promotion for the referred client on the back. These cards help spread the word about A Modern Focus while showing off some of the senior’s great images!

Christina: Senior Session
On January 2nd, I headed out and about with Christina, a senior from Hurricane High School, for her senior session. The weather was cold, but sunny so we were able to get some great outdoor shots. She took me to one of her old hangouts which had some awesome graffiti behind the building that provided some colorful backdrops. I’d like to thank Vince at Now Hear This for letting us shoot in his record store during part of the session. I had a great time photographing Christina, and I wish her the best. Paige: Senior Session
We had another senior come in during our indoor sessions at A Community of Grace United Methodist Church and were able to capture some great pictures. Paige is a senior at Chesapeake High School in Ohio and her easy-going attitude made her a joy to work with. We wish Paige the best and hope the rest of her senior year goes well. Aaron: Senior Session Part II
Aaron stopped by during our mini studio session in November to have some more senior portraits taken. Our first session was done outdoors at Ritter Park. At his indoor session, Aaron was able to dress up and have a more formal session. Here are a few from that session:
Aaron: Senior Session Part I
On November 6th, I meet up with Aaron for his senior session at Ritter Park. We had a great time walking around the park on one of the last warm days of the season. Aaron attends Huntington High and plans to continue his education at Marshall. Take a look at some of the images from the day in his session slideshow. I look forward to meeting up with Aaron next week for the second half of his senior session.
Jacob: Senior Session
We shot a senior session for Jacob on October 21 and had a great time roaming around Huntington. We started at Ritter Park and made our way downtown for a more urban setting and some interesting backdrops. Jacob is attending Huntington High School and will graduate in 2009.
