Just because…they’re friends
I’ve been toying with the idea of offering a Friends Session for a while, but needed a couple of test subjects. Evan and Molly came to the rescue! They have been friends for years and were perfect for the session. A couple weeks ago, I met up with Evan and Molly for a quick photo shoot and had a great time photographing them. Meet Anna: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

John + Laura: Portrait Session
On Monday, May 10th, Patrick and I had a great session with John and Laura down in Central City. Laura won a free portrait session with us at the New Baptist Church’s Christmas Corner Bazaar last November. After a long, cold winter, we were finally able to schedule the portrait session with John and Laura. The weather was beautiful on Monday and we definitely took advantage of the situation! Prom Session: Alyssa + Josh
This afternoon, we had the pleasure of photographing Alyssa and Josh before the St. Joseph High School prom. Alyssa also happens to be one of our Class of 2011 Senior Reps, so this was a great chance to get to work with her before her official rep session. We had a great time working with the cute couple, and we hope they enjoyed the rest of their evening. Here are a few images from their prom session.
Forrest: Sneak Peek
Patrick and I had a great session with Forrest, a Huntington High senior, on Friday evening. Forrest is very active in his school and community, so we were lucky to squeeze in his session before he left for Spring Break.

Sarah: Portrait Session
Last Tuesday, December 1st, I had a mid-day session with Sarah. Sarah wanted to get some portraits taken before graduation to give her parents as a gift. How nice is that? Sarah graduated from Marshall University last Saturday with her M.S. in Human Resource Management. She received her B.B.A. in Management from Marshall in 2007, and is currently working at Marshall University. That’s how we met, she often comes down to the office I work at to submit new jobs for her department. I had a great time taking Sarah’s portraits, and wish her the very best! The Gallion Girls
We are running a little behind on this post! Back on November 1st, Patrick and I had a fun portrait session at Ritter Park with the Gallion girls. The weather was nice and we still had a bit of foliage left for some added fall colors. Here are a few from their session. Enjoy!
Krystle & Clark: Engagement Session
On Friday, October 30th, Patrick and I shot an engagement session on Marshall’s campus with Krystle and Clark. We had a great time walking around campus and getting to know them a bit better. Gabe & Maddi: Portrait Session
Last Sunday, I had a great session with a local family at Ritter Park. The forecast called for rain, but luckily we didn’t see a drop! I had a great time walking around and capturing the kids’ images as well as their unique personalities. Here are a few images from our session.
Newborn Session: Baby Tristan
Forgive us, we are falling a little behind on the blog…again. I had to make a new post about our newborn session with baby Tristan. I went up to Charleston on February 21 to shoot our first newborn. I have to say I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be a great experience. Baby Tristan was awake for most of the session and seems to be a very curious little boy. I will be using some of the photos from the session to design a custom announcement for baby Tristan.

Kila
We had to post a few of Kila, April’s family pet. She is a 2 year old Siberian Husky and is full of energy! We were able to catch a few pictures of her during her visit to the “studio”.
April: Portrait Session
April stopped in for a mini studio session with us…what a natural in front of a camera! She is so photogenic it made our job much easier. It was a pleasure to meet and work with her. Here are few from her session.
Shannon & Chris – Engagement Session
On September 13, we shot Shannon & Chris’s engagement session at Ritter Park. The weather couldn’t have cooperated better! You can truly see the chemistry between these two, and we look forward to shooting their wedding on July 18, 2009.
