Taking a break
I have decided to take a break from A Modern Focus starting at the end of this year. We will be finishing up open projects and tying up loose ends over the next few months. Last weekend, Patrick and I attended the 8th birthday of Miss Nerissa at Roll-a-Rama. It’s been years since I’ve been on roller skates so I played it safe and just took pictures. The birthday girl and her guests had a blast skating and dancing and eating delicious cupcakes. Here are a few images from Nerissa’s birthday bash!

New session!
Friendships are an important part of life, and Patrick and I are excited to offer a new session for our clients to help illustrate just that, with the “Just Because…we’re Friends!” Session. Just because…they’re friends
I’ve been toying with the idea of offering a Friends Session for a while, but needed a couple of test subjects. Evan and Molly came to the rescue! They have been friends for years and were perfect for the session. A couple weeks ago, I met up with Evan and Molly for a quick photo shoot and had a great time photographing them.
